The Quick and Very Cleansing Chop Salad

Chop Salad

The beauty of this dish is that is so simple and really only takes a few minutes to create.  It is the perfect lunch salad and a great dish to have at dinner parties.

Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 small chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 steamed broccoli head, chopped
  • Handful mint leaves
  • Handful basil
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • Handful raw almonds
  • Topped with sliced avocado.

For the Dressing:

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. tahini

 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Chop!
  3. Add dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk with a fork until combined.
  4. Serve with protein of choice.
